1. Who we are
rhinexa.ai is operated by Rhinexa India Pvt Ltd (Rhinexa, we or us), 3rd Floor, Plot No. 12, Madhapur, Hyderabad 500081, Telangana, India. This notice explains what personal data we handle when you use this site or contact us through it, and the choices you have. It covers rhinexa.ai only; our client contracts and our products have their own terms.
2. What we collect
We collect only what this site needs to work and what you choose to send us:
- Technical logs. Like any website, our web server records each request: your IP address, the date and time, the page or file requested (including any search terms you submit through the site search), the page that linked to it and your browser type.
- Enquiries. When you send the contact form, it passes what you enter (your name, email address, country code, mobile number and what you are working on) over an encrypted connection to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which stores it so that we can respond. If you email us instead, we receive your email address and what you include.
- Job applications. When you send the careers form, it passes what you enter (your name, email address, country code, mobile number, your LinkedIn profile if you give it, and what you tell us about yourself) over an encrypted connection to our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which stores it so that we can assess your application. If you email an application instead, we receive your contact details, your CV and anything else you include.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from other companies' servers. Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health or financial details, unless we ask for it.
3. How and why we use it
- Technical logs: to keep the site secure, to protect it against misuse and to diagnose faults.
- Enquiries: to reply to you, to arrange the meetings, demonstrations and proposals you ask for, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
- Applications: to assess your application and, if you are shortlisted, to arrange interviews and tell you the outcome.
We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for automated decisions or profiling, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
4. Consent and withdrawal
When you send us an enquiry or an application through this site, or email us, you consent to our using what you send for the purpose you contacted us about. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to hello@rhinexa.ai. We will then stop using your data for that purpose and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before.
5. How long we keep it
- Technical logs: up to 30 days, unless they are needed to investigate a security incident.
- Enquiries: while we are in contact with you and for up to 24 months after that, unless a contract with you requires us to keep them longer.
- Applications: up to 12 months after the recruitment process ends, so that we can consider you for other suitable roles. Tell us if you would rather we deleted yours sooner. If you join Rhinexa, your application becomes part of your employee record.
6. How we protect it
We protect personal data with reasonable security practices and procedures. Rhinexa is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Only the people who need personal data to respond to you can see it, and this site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
7. Who we share it with
We share personal data only:
- with the service providers that host this site, our email and our CRM system, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions;
- within Rhinexa, where a colleague needs it to respond to you;
- where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We never share it with anyone for their own marketing.
8. Transfers outside India
Our service providers, and Rhinexa colleagues outside India, may store or access personal data in other countries, for example when email is handled on a provider's servers abroad. We transfer personal data outside India only as Indian law permits, and it remains protected as this notice describes.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a summary of it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we no longer need it or you withdraw your consent.
Write to hello@rhinexa.ai. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, and we will reply within one month. Where Indian law gives you further rights, including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its provisions come into force, you can exercise them in the same way.

We will acknowledge your grievance promptly and aim to resolve it within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once the relevant provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 are in force.
11. Cookies
rhinexa.ai sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device and runs no analytics or advertising. If that ever changes, we will update this notice and our cookie policy first, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
12. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices change. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will say so on this page when a change is significant.
